Build and design a custom access panel by using our panel builder.
This will be manufactured to your exact specification. Our current manufacturing lead time is 4 working days. Position the fixing clamps so they are facing the drywall. Then using a screwdriver or drill, tighten the screws until the clamps are firmly secured. Tile over the panel face and frame for a discreet finish.* Available with a touch catch lock for a simple push to open/close action. The moistureboard infill can hold a total weight of 32kg per square meter. * It's important to ensure that the tiles do not overhang the door and/or frame as this may cause damage to the tiles and impede its opening, The panel door can be completely lifted out making it easier for maintenance and repairs. While it's controlled action device prevents the door from falling away from the frame upon opening.

We like to keep things simple, with free next working-day delivery for all stock orders to mainland UK.
We're partnered with APC as our main courier. Their overnight service ensures a timely delivery to most mainland UK addresses.
For deliveries outside of this area, you can expect to receive your order in 3-5 working days. Orders to these locations may also be subject to a delivery charge.
All orders are tracked from dispatch to delivery. Allowing us to provide you with up-to-date information upon request.
You'll receive a text message on the day of delivery with your estimated 1-hour time slot.
Shipping to Ireland and Europe comes with higher courier costs. These can include import duties, VAT and customs/admin charges.
With this in mind, our online store may not allow you to place your order. Should this happen to you, please get in touch and we’ll help you complete your order.

MATERIAL THICKNESS: 0.9mm zintec steel
FRAME: 25mm wide, made from one piece of metal
HINGE: concealed pin hinge
FINISH: powder coated in RAL 9010 with a 30% Gloss. Not suitable for painting over
LOCK: Budget Lock
DEPTH: the back of frame is 60mm deep, ensure there is enough clearance before installing

While working on a DIY project, our owner tried to install a traditional access panel by himself. He grew frustrated at the difficulty, the need for various tools, to brace the opening.
"There has to be an easier way!"
