For all stock sizes we advise cutting a hole the same size as your panel plus an additional 5mm on each side.

A pop-out cardboard template is provided with every panel so you can easily draw around it to cut the exact hole you need.

Our stock sizes are listed under the dropdown on each product page. We change and tweak our stock sizes from time to time, but our common stock sizes are:

  • 150 x 150mm
  • 200 x 200mm
  • 300 x 300mm
  • 450 x 450mm
  • 550 x 550mm
  • 600 x 300mm
  • 600 x 600mm
We offer free next day delivery as standard on all stock size orders.
Beaded Frame panels provide a neat finish as the frame can be plastered over. 

Plasterboard Door panels are similar, except the door itself can be plastered over too – allowing for an even neater finish.

First of all, we apologise – sometimes the key can fall out of the packaging.

Delivery

We use a range of couriers to service various locations across the UK and Europe.

For orders to the mainland UK, we use APC Overnight who provide a next day, signed delivery service. We kindly ask our customers in the Scottish Highlands to allow a little longer for delivery.

If you are based in Northern Ireland, our delivery speed is usually 2-3 days. We typically use UPS, DHL or Royal Mail for these orders.

For the Republic of Ireland, we use DHL or UPS – but please note customs may not release your order until VAT or duties are paid. This will be the buyers responsibility.

This is something we are working on.

We currently haven’t integrated our main logistic partner (APC Overnight) with our shopping platform. As a result, no tracking updates are currently provided.

Please note that every order we send is fully tracked with proof of delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. 

We can provide you with the tracking details – but please ask us for this. Simply use the Live Chat option in the bottom right corner.

No problem – we will automatically arrange that delivery be re-attempted the next day. The couriers usually follow a similar route, so you can typically expect delivery at the same time.

We will email you to inform that the first delivery attempt was missed, you can then provide instructions to leave in a safe place in case the second attempt also fails.

If on the third attempt delivery was still unsuccessful, then we will refund your order in full minus a re-stocking fee of £5.
