Delivery

Delivery is free to all mainland UK addresses for stock sizes ordered on our website. Bespoke orders or panel builder enquiries may be subject to a delivery charge if the order value is less than £100 net. Our main shipping partner is APC Overnight, who offer a next working day delivery service to most mainland UK addresses. For customers in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or other extremities please allow an extra day or two for delivery.

We may use other couriers, such as UPS or DHL when APC Overnight cannot guarantee a fast delivery solution. If you have a preference on the courier we use then please mention this in the order notes. All of our parcels are sent on a fully tracked service, where our customers will usually receive a text message on the day of delivery with an allocated time slot.

For customers in Ireland and Europe, our website may prevent you from ordering. In this instance, please reach out to our sales team where we can inform you about additional costs such as import duty, VAT and customs/admin charges applied by couriers.

Returns & Money Back Guarantee

Stock Orders

You are covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy from the date of your purchase. Please note this money back guarantee only covers stock size orders made on our website.

If in the rare event a return is needed, simply complete our straightforward returns form where you'll have the choice to drop-off the parcel at a nearby location, or we can arrange a courier to collect it from your address. 

After completion of the form, we'll be in touch with a pre-paid returns label and more instructions to arrange the successful return of your item. Once we receive it back we will provide a full refund or replacement.

Bespoke Orders

As these panels are manufactured on a made-to-order basis, we cannot accept returns for these panels. 

If your order has arrived damaged or faulty, please get in touch and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Warranty

Our access panels come with a 10 year warranty. The terms and specifics are as follow:

  1. The 10 Year all-inclusive warranty covers everything on the access panel unless failure occurs from misuse
  2. FlipFix Ltd reserves the right to visit the premises where the panel is in situ to carry out a full inspection.
  3. Where the goods have been manufactured to the Buyer's specification (bespoke products), the Company will not accept liability for any failure or defect of such goods and the Buyer shall indemnify the Company against all actions, claims, costs and proceedings, including claims that specification or goods infringe the intellectual property rights of another. The Company gives no warranty as to the fitness for any particular purpose of goods so supplied to the Buyer's own specification supplied by the Buyer.
  4. FlipFix Ltd will not accept responsibility for any 3rd party losses howsoever caused.  The Company's liability will be limited to replacing any faulty products in a reasonable time, unless agreed in writing prior to the goods being delivered.

The above terms are valid if the access panel is used correctly and is not modified in any way. If any of these aspects occur then all terms of warranty are void.

Terms

Life Expectancy: General life expectancy of access panels will be in line with that of the building.

Wear or Damage: All components would not wear under normal everyday use. Damaged components would have to be replaced by the manufacturer.

Maintenance: WD40 lubricant applied to products on a yearly routine inspection and the locking mechanism.

Cleaning: For painted surfaces, use a proprietary non abrasive detergent, allow to dry and buff with a soft lint free cloth.
